Members may cancel their subscription at any time before the next billing date to prevent another charge. Cancellation becomes effective at the end of the current paid billing period, and access continues through that date. The first membership payment may be refunded if a refund request is submitted within seven calendar days of the initial purchase. Renewal payments are non-refundable. No partial or prorated refunds are provided after the initial seven-day period unless required by law. The Detroit Wealth Starter Kit is provided free of charge and is not affected by this refund policy.

Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you hereby consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
